While Square Enix has Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, and a number of other IPs to work it, it’s refreshing when they give us something new. Today, the official website for a game called Antique Carnevale has gone live. While the site offers very little details on the game, you can at least check out a trailer featuring one of the game’s characters, named Bernard.
According translations provided by Gematsu, the game will focus on the difference between “people and “dolls”. The story will be about a boy entering a trap-filled labyrinth where captured dolls are found. Definitely a weird and cryptic story that we’ll hopefully learn more about soon.
New trailers for four more characters are set to release on July 7th, 10th, 12th, and 14th, while more information on the game will be shared on the 18th of this month.
