The next entry in EA DICE’s acclaimed FPS series arrives October 21st. Fans are anxious to enjoy the Battlefield gameplay they know and love in a setting that hasn’t been visited by many shooters recently— World War I.
Fortunately for Origin Access and EA Access members, they can get a taste of the action-packed title a week in advance. Being a member of either of those two services means you can now log into your account and download part of Battlefield 1.
The early access download features two full campaign missions called “Storm of Steel” and “Through Mud and Blood”. You can also play four game modes (Conquest, Operations, Rush, Domination) on five different maps: Amiens, Sinai Desert, Suez, Fao Fortress, and St. Quentin Scar.
While the early version can only be played for 10 hours, doing so will grant you access to a Battlepack when you obtain the full version of the game. Your progress on the two campaign missions will carry over as well.
If you want to play the complete game before October 21st, pre-ordering the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition allows you to start your World War I adventure three days sooner on the 18th.
