Open betas are a great way for developers to refine the gameplay, test out servers, and more before the big launch. For gamers, it’s an opportunity to play anticipated titles not only early but for free as well. PC gamers anxious to check out the next entry in the acclaimed FPS series will have their chance between September 29 and October 2.
The open beta will focus on the multiplayer portion of Call of Duty: WWII. SledgeHammer has confirmed that a pre-load will be available prior to the open beta, allowing you to get started as soon as the gates are opened. Below you’ll also see the recommended minimum specs:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i3 3225 or equivalent
RAM: 8 GB RAM
HDD: 25 GB HD space
Video: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 660 @ 2 GB / AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 @ 2GB or better
