Although The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Special Edition won’t release for another three days, Bethesda is already allowing people to submit their console mods. According to the listings on Bethesda.net for each platform, the numbers already show 6 times more mods for Xbox One than PS4.
This is sure to draw ire among PS4 owners who aren’t too happy with Sony being less tolerable of modding than Microsoft. This is disappointing considering that Bethesda titles are known for having healthy modding communities.
Skyrim: Special Edition launches Friday, October 28th on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. PC players can download the game for free if they own the original title and all DLC.
