The latest update for Guerrilla Games’ acclaimed action-RPG title gives veterans a reason to come back. You can now play Horizon Zero Dawn on the Ultra Hard difficulty to face the greatest challenge yet. The new mode introduces a number of small tweaks to up the difficulty, including enhancing the senses and behavior of machines.
The other mode is a New Game+ that lets you go on Aloy’s adventure again without losing your character progression and inventory from a previous play-through. While the level cap will remain at 50, you can still earn more XP.
Other extras include updated versions of various outfits and weapons already in the game. They’ll offer an extra modification slot but will be expensive to create. Lastly, New Game+ brings with it two new Trophies along with unlockable content such as face paint and the ability to change Aloy’s Focus.
Horizon Zero Dawn is available exclusively on PlayStation 4.
